李天鐸 LEE Tain-Dow

美國俄亥俄州立大學（The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA）影視傳播博士，專攻電影電視美學與批評。近期致力於研究全球化趨勢下亞太媒介發展，以及文化創意產業運作的基本邏輯與其爭議。1995年起持續主持「華語影視媒介發展與跨國傳播集團運作」研究計畫（2002年完成），並於1999年至2001年主持日本住友集團基金會「日本流行文化在臺灣與亞洲」專案計畫。2004接受行政院新聞局委託主辦「全球華人電影製片與創作人論壇」，並主持一項多國研究計畫「媒體科技、創意產業與文化顯意」。

曾任教於輔仁大學、國立交通大學、國立成功大學，並出任臺灣崑山科技大學創意媒體學院院長(2003-2006)。此外，2002年曾擔任日本駒澤大學社會學系訪問教授，並於2007年在英國劍橋大學社會學系擔任訪問教授。除了研究與教學，也積極參與產業實務運作，於1989年擔任亞太影展執行委員會副秘書長，1990年與1996年分別出任臺北金馬國際影展執行委員會秘書長，於1996年獲聘為國際艾美電視獎評審。現任臺灣媒體科技與創意產業研究中心創設人，中華民國視覺傳播藝術學會理事長，暨臺北實踐大學媒體傳達設計系教授。
